What services do you offer?

We specialize in digitizing printed photos, negatives, slides, VHS tapes, MiniDV, and other home video formats. We convert your physical memories into high-quality digital files that are easy to store, share, and preserve.

Do you have a physical location?

We don’t have a physical storefront. We’re a young, Houston-based company that operates with a home pickup and delivery model—offering convenience and affordability without sacrificing quality.

How does the pickup and delivery service work?

We pick up your photos and videos directly from your home and return them once they’re digitized—at no extra cost within the Houston area. Just schedule your pickup, and we’ll handle the rest.

Is it safe to hand over my personal photos and videos?

Absolutely. We treat every project with the highest level of care and respect. All files are securely backed up during the digitization process to ensure nothing gets lost or damaged.

How long does digitization take?

Turnaround time depends on the size of the project. Smaller jobs are typically ready in 3 to 5 business days, while larger collections may take up to two weeks. We’ll keep you updated throughout.

What format will my digitized files be in?

Photos are delivered in JPG format and videos in MP4. You can choose to receive your files via USB drive, downloadable link, or both.

What if I lose my digital files after delivery?

We keep a backup of your project for 30 days after delivery. If you misplace your files during that time, we’ll resend them at no extra charge.

Can I digitize just a few photos or tapes?

Yes! There’s no minimum order. We’re happy to handle anything from a handful of photos to entire family archives.

What types of video tapes can you digitize?

We work with VHS, VHS-C, MiniDV, Hi8, and Digital8 tapes. If you have another format, just ask—we’ll let you know if we can convert it.

How can I schedule a service?
